The most recent enactment, Wakf Act, 1995 which is very comprehensive one and gives sufficient power to the Wakf Board to manage the various Wakf in most effective manner. In of the hand, it necessitates a complete transparency in its functioning to avoid any doubt in the eyes of public.
Delhi Wakf Board is constituted under the Wakf Act, 1995 for NCT of Delhi and has to play a
